到託雷莫里斯必住酒店。一個充滿浪漫氣息的去處。地中海美景盡收眼底，在海邊步道散步，享受陽光、海風、美食。美不勝收。酒店設施一般，但服務良好。早餐很棒，餐品豐盛。

Ужасно безответственные люди там работают. Забронировали отель, полностью оплатили заранее, прилетели ночью, на ресепшен сказали нет мест. Предоставили апартаменты в другом месте, на следующий день весь день пришлось потратить, что бы решить проблему. Ни разу ни кто не изменился.

Nos encantó el trato de todo el personal del hotel, lo pasamos genial y vamos a volver a repetir. Muy bien situación, cerca de comercios, estación de tren y bares.

晚機到，不想花多錢住貴酒店，訂房網站叄佰元多住一晚好過住青年旅舍。到torremolinos已經九點多。機埸列車到拾點幾仲有半小時壹班。出車站要行拾弎叄分鐘。用導航。房有陽台，最喜出望外的是有電爐，微波爐，如在此休閒半個月食方面真不成問題。游泳池好大。但它是同性酒店。不過我碰見的客人都很友善，大家來渡假，各自修行。洗手間牙刷，鬚刨都有齊。如吾介意同性的真是超值。

I’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience. When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes. I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available. I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired—there was noticeable dust on the furniture and quite a bit of hair on the floor. A little more attention to cleaning would make this place much better !

Hotel muy básico en servicios con precio no acorde, sólo por ser LGTBIQ+, la sauna de pago y al pedir una hora mas de late check out ya que llegamos a las 20h nos dicen que no que la habitación esta ocupada para el día de salida, entiendo que si la salida es a las 12 y la entrada a las 15 estaría el personal de limpieza 3 horas limpiando la habitación... vamos que era salir a las 13 en vez de las 12... un gesto así es el que marca la diferencia y las opiniones de los clientes.

Very friendly staff, good location not far from Málaga airport & can even be reached by train from there. The rooms with sea view have an incredible view. We will be back.
